Many festivals are already on ride2rave, often with first rides. A short mail with the festival name and date is enough — it lands directly with Simon. If yours is missing, we'll add it; you get your short link and partner status.
A widget or a link on your travel page, a paragraph in the info mail to ticket holders — and for everyone driving: “Got any seats left?”. Done in 5 minutes. Once it's live, let us know and we'll highlight you as a partner.
A posting plan with concrete days — story, feed post, newsletter — plus ready-made texts and graphics in the marketing pack. That's it, nothing more to do.

We're built entirely around festivals: you search by festival, not by start and destination. Clean drivers can be filtered specifically. You embed the widget right on your festival page, and after the event you get a report with the CO2 saved. And: ride2rave is free for drivers and passengers — BlaBlaCar takes a booking fee.
No. I need the festival name, date, location and (optionally) a logo. No attendee data, no tickets, no API access.
Not me — and not you either. Carpools are private arrangements between drivers and passengers. Standard practice, same as BlaBlaCar or Mitfahrgelegenheit.de.
In the marketing pack under “Embed”: /organisers/marketing-pack/embed. Pick your festival and you get a live preview, theme picker and snippet to copy right there.
